Job summary

SOC LLC on the DCSA program at Quantico, VA is seeking a Senior Okta Architect/Engineer to lead enterprise IAM initiatives with a telework focus and onsite presence of two days per week. You will own the Okta architecture and strategy, driving advanced authentication, lifecycle management, and API access controls across a large hybrid environment.

The role requires deep Okta expertise, 10+ years in IAM, a current Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible preferred), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM with 5+ years in Okta in large-scale environments.
• Active Secret Clearance required, TS/SCI eligible.
• 8570 IAT Level II (or higher) certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise Okta IAM solutions aligned with security strategy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain the Okta roadmap, optimize security and automation.
• Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior Okta engineers.
• Implement advanced authentication policies, adaptive MFA, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure seamless IAM integration.
