Job summary

SOC LLC seeks a Senior Okta Architect/Engineer to lead enterprise IAM initiatives for the DCSA program in Quantico, VA. This role is hybrid, with on-site requirements two days a week and telework flexibility.

The ideal candidate will author architectural designs, drive Okta integration across apps and cloud services, and enforce Zero Trust with advanced MFA, SSO, and API security. Active secret clearance is required, TS/SCI eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Identity and Access Management.
• At least 5 years hands-on Okta architecture in large enterprises (10,000+ users).
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligible.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise Okta IAM solutions.
• Develop Okta platform roadmap and optimization.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on IAM initiatives.
• Implement advanced authentication policies including adaptive MFA.
• Lead Okta Workflows for provisioning and lifecycle management.
