Job summary

GMP Technologies in Minnesota is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, and revenue recognition for assigned products or segments.

You will support month-end close, review journals, prepare disbursement slips, and monitor accruals while coordinating with the Risk department on payment queries and assisting during audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/LCCI/CAT graduate with accounting experience; experience in the trading industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and revenue recognition for assigned products or segments.
• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring timely book closure and reviewing manual journal entries and adjustments.
• Prepare disbursement slips, approve payment workflows, and monitor accruals for related charges.
• Issue manual invoices and debit notes when required, track overdue payments, and liaise with the Risk department on payment queries.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, assist auditors with vouching, and support team coverage and ad-hoc assignments.
