Job description

Trinity Axis is currently recruiting for the position of Accounting Officer We are looking for individuals who are high-performing, highly motivated self-starters, and work well in a team environment. The individual should have experience in accounting processes, taxation, financial reporting, expense reports and basic purchasing process. The individual is expected to add value in business decision making through meticulous data management, process management, analysis, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all Accounts receivable and Accounts payable
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits, and review financial reports/support as necessary
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
  • Responsible to create and maintain the expense report process
  • Keeping the books of accounts and systems up to date
  • Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to
  • management, budget preparation and analysis
  • Monitor expenses and budget
  • Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Continuously review processes, identify areas for improvement and implement findings to enhance processes
  • Assist in the Request for Quote (RFQ) process
  • Responsible to issue and manage purchase orders
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Plan, organize and execute assignments with very little or moderate supervision
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or associated fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, able to collaborate actively with other team members in a cross-functional global environment
  • Accountability for assignments, timely delivery and exceed quality requirements
  • Reports to CEO
