Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC business units, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Implement and standardize operational processes to improve workflow, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Office teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as job completion, technician efficiency, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
• Implement best practices in scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management; pursue digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in managing budgets and ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Foster leadership and development of office staff; recruit, train, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; address escalated issues and ensure service delivery quality.
