Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
• 5-10 years of people leadership experience supervising managers and field teams.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial construction practices, HVAC/mechanical systems, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership for planning, execution, and financial performance of multiple complex construction projects.
• Establish priorities, resource plans, and master schedules to optimize labor, sequencing, and commitments.
• Lead and develop construction managers, project managers, and field teams; drive accountability and growth.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendor selection, scheduling, and contract compliance.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, productivity, margin, and change orders to meet financial objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk projects and customer concerns.
• Promote safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
