Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or ability to acquire TS/SCI.
• Minimum 4 years of office administration/management experience.
• Willing to work 40 hours weekly and overtime as needed.
• Proficient with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in visitors, ensuring proper entry procedures and program protocols.
• Arrange escorts for visitors and track responsibilities throughout visits.
• Answer, screen, and transfer calls; direct to correct department.
• Monitor office supplies and place replenishment orders to prevent shortages.
• Maintain shared calendars, schedule meetings, and distribute materials.
• Update rosters, organizational charts, and mailing/distribution lists.
