Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
• 5+ years applied experience in infrastructure platforms or related field
• Deep knowledge of multiple infrastructure technologies and scripting languages
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and migration across public/private clouds
• Experience with on-premise data center technologies and operations
• Strong OS/Hypervisor experience (Hyper-V, ESXi, KVM, VMware, OpenShift)
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and secure coding practices
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security considerations
• Telemetry tools to improve service visibility

• Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors
