Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking an Office365 Administrator III to maintain Office 365 applications, monitor system health, and support governance across the organization. This role requires strong expertise with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and cloud services.

The candidate will work with multiple departments to design solutions that meet business needs, ensure data integrity, and provide top-tier IT support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of information technology support experience.
• Five or more years of experience administrating SharePoint and/or Exchange.
• Experience in cloud environments and Office 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains Office 365 components and services.
• Monitors system health and escalates issues as needed with Microsoft Premier.
• Ensures security governance, permissions and data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to design Office 365-based solutions.
• Supports weekend and evening application coverage as required.
