Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Defender, Purview, and Intune, plus Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation. Collaboration with InfoSec, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration and engineering experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as banking, healthcare, or government.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Bank's Microsoft 365 E5 tenant.
• Configure and manage Entra ID, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Perform tenant health monitoring, optimization, and capacity management.
• Manage licensing, user provisioning, and access management.
• Maintain governance policies across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Implement Defender security solutions and Purview compliance features.
• Administer Intune for device management and security.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Provide Tier 3 support for incidents and platform enhancements.
• Lead infrastructure projects and mentor junior staff.
