Job summary

Volto Consulting in Houston, TX is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune. You will support security policies and drive service stability across hybrid environments.

The role includes incident resolution at L3, tenant provisioning, licensing, and access control management. Strong PowerShell scripting and documentation skills are required to automate tasks and support ongoing M365 transformation

Qualifications

Experience administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and tenant migrations.
Proven ability to configure security controls including MFA and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities

Administer and support M365 workloads: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune.
L3 support for incidents, service requests, and major incidents.
Manage tenant administration, user provisioning, licensing, and access controls.
Configure security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP, and compliance policies.
Support migrations, hybrid environments, and M365 transformation initiatives.
Develop PowerShell automation and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in problem management, RCA, governance reviews, and on-call support.
