Job summary

Security National Bank is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator in Omaha, NE to manage and optimize the bank’s Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure smooth operation of Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, while administering SharePoint sites and governance standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in a 365 Administrator role with SharePoint ownership, and a 2-year IT degree. Certifications MS-100/MS-101 are preferred; hybrid work options are possible in some cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2 year College degree in Information Technology or related area required.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a 365 Administrator, including at least 2 years of primary SharePoint ownership.
• Experience with creating and maintaining Power Automate configurations and SharePoint roadmap enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains business forms using Forms, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Maintains SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, and user access.
• Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and SSO.
• Provides Tier 2/3 support and guidance for Microsoft 365 services across IT teams and vendors.
• Writes training documentation and assists HR with user onboarding and licensing reports.
