Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin, TX seeks a senior product leader to own a portfolio of retirement plan offers, driving strategy, roadmaps, and governance across NQDC, DB, PEP/MEP, ESOP, Puerto Rico plans, and HSA integrations.

You will manage a team, partner with operations, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, and finance to deliver scalable client experiences and growth. Strong leadership and financial services expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of retirement services, financial services product management, and business transformation experience.
• Proven experience with PEP/MEPs and ESOPs and related regulatory/client implications.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable business outcomes including roadmaps and requirements.
• Strong decision-making and analytical judgment in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and accountability for outcomes.
• Experience managing product/offers lifecycle from strategy through governance.

Responsibilities

• Own offer strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with growth objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a portfolio of specialized retirement offers with clear value propositions and roadmaps.
• Act as a working manager with ownership of strategy, requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team across functions.
• Turn strategy into business cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for cross-functional execution.
• Synthesize data, client feedback, and market insights for concise leadership recommendations.
• Support governance and risk management with fiduciary, regulatory, and operational considerations.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements based on market and consultant needs.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption, client outcomes, and business value metrics.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment as priorities evolve.
