Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner for retirement recordkeeping and defined contribution administration. You will shape digital experiences for participants, sponsors, and advisors, translating complex plan rules into prioritized work items and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

7+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA with retirement recordkeeping experience.
Experience prioritizing backlogs in Agile with dependencies and stakeholder impact.
Ability to translate plan rules into testable requirements.
Experience delivering participant-facing retirement web/mobile apps.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the retirement participant digital experiences backlog.
Translate plan provisions and workflows into user stories and criteria.
Collaborate with engineers, UX, architecture, and QA throughout the lifecycle.
Lead web/mobile experiences, dashboards, and self-service journeys.
Balance roadmap planning with day-to-day execution; drive delivery.
