Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in retirement services, financial services product management, or platform/operating-model change.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading PEP/MEPs and/or ESOPs, with understanding of their business, regulatory, and client implications.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable outcomes including business cases, roadmaps, requirements, launch plans, and measurable criteria.
• Strong decision-making and analytical judgment in ambiguous environments with trade-offs and risk considerations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with coaching, prioritizing work, and accountability.
• Strong product management discipline across lifecycle from strategy to governance.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Relationship Management, Compliance, Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own offer strategy and roadmap for Retirement Plan Services products.
• Lead a portfolio of specialized offers: NQ, DB, PEP/MEP, ESOP, Puerto Rico, and HSA integrations.
• Be a working manager and offer owner with end-to-end responsibility.
• Build and grow a high-performing team through coaching and development.
• Turn strategy into measurable roadmaps, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Inform senior leadership with concise, data-driven recommendations and materials.
• Support governance and risk management across fiduciary and regulatory domains.
• Evaluate market and client needs to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Define success with KPIs, adoption metrics, and business value indicators.
• Lead through ambiguity and changing priorities to deliver outcomes.
