Zusammenfassung

Charles Schwab is seeking a leader to develop and manage a portfolio of retirement plan offers within Retirement Plan Services. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and operational plans while leading a team of direct reports and partnering with operations, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, relationship management, and finance.

Responsibilities include turning strategy into executable business cases, driving growth, retention, risk management, and scalability across the full offer lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in retirement services, financial services product management, or platform and operating‑model change.
• Experience supporting or leading PEP/MEPs and/or ESOPs with regulatory and client implications.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable business outcomes including roadmaps, requirements, launches, and measurable success criteria.
• Strong decision‑making and analytical judgment in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and accountability for high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong product management discipline across strategy, discovery, requirements, implementation, and governance.
• Advanced cross‑functional leadership across Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Relationship Management, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.

• Own offer strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead a portfolio of specialized offers (NQ, DB, PEP/MEP, ESOP, PR, HSA integrations).
• Be a working manager and offer owner with strategy, requirements, and delivery accountability.
• Build and grow a high‑performing team; coach and develop direct reports.
• Turn strategy into business cases, roadmaps, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Inform senior leadership with data, client feedback, and competitive insights.
