Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a senior leader to oversee a portfolio of retirement plan offers within Retirement Plan Services, including NQ Deferred Compensation, Defined Benefit, PEP/MEP, ESOP, Puerto Rico solutions, and HSA integrations.

You will own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution, leading a team of direct reports while partnering across operations, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, and finance. Strong leadership and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in retirement services, financial services product management, and business transformation.
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading PEP/MEPs and/or ESOPs, with strong understanding of their implications.
Proven ability to translate strategy into executable business outcomes with roadmaps, requirements, and measurable criteria.
Strong decision-making and analytical judgment in ambiguous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Demonstrated people leadership including coaching and delivery accountability.
Experience in product lifecycle management from strategy to governance.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Own offer strategy and roadmap for multiple retirement plan products.
Lead a portfolio of specialized offers including NQ, DB, PEP/MEP, ESOP, Puerto Rico, and HSA integrations.
Be a working manager and offer owner with end-to-end ownership of priorities.
Build and grow a high-performing team and guide stakeholder engagement.
Translate strategy into business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Synthesize data and client insights to inform leadership decisions.
Support offer governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor market trends and consultant needs to identify opportunities for enhancements.
Define success metrics and monitor KPIs to drive value across programs.
Lead through ambiguity and adapt to evolving scope and priorities.
