Job summary
NVIDIA Corporation in the United States is seeking an exceptionally skilled OEM Solutions Architecture leader to manage and guide OEM technical field teams, ensuring successful execution of new products for OEM partners. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or MBA with IT management focus).
- 10+ years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management.
- 5+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team.
- Proven coordination skills across technical engagements, NPI, and E2E solution development.
- Familiarity with OEM integration cycles including product qualification and launch processes.
- Technical breadth including NVIDIA’s solution suite (GPU, networking, and software stacks for data center and OEM deployments).
- Cross-functional leadership guiding engineering, sales, and product teams.
- Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews and to build trusted technical relationships.
- Recruiting and hiring process experience; capable of leading interview panels and executive-level hiring justifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Technical Engagements across OEM technical teams to align with sales strategy and design win objectives.
- Lead NPI activities and coordinate efforts with OEMs to integrate NVIDIA technologies.
- Orchestrate end-to-end solution development across hardware and software with cross-functional teams.
- Address OEM partner concerns and maintain strong technical relationships for satisfaction and rapid resolution.
- Coordinate large-scale deployments with internal and external resources for successful implementation.
- Recruit and build talent; participate in interview panels and prepare executive hiring justifications.
- Influence OEM strategy and roadmap planning in collaboration with business units and sales.
