Job summary
NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for an OEM-focused role in the United States. You will coordinate end-to-end deployments, guide NPI efforts, and align engineering, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated hardware and software solutions for data centers and OEM platforms.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in OEM/ODM, 5+ years leading a Solutions Architecture team, and a strong track record in cross-functional leadership, coordination, and executive-level hiring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, EE, or MBA with IT management focus.
- 10+ years experience with OEM/ODM, data center deployments & management.
- 5+ years leading a Solutions Architecture team.
- Proven ability to coordinate workflows across NPI, E2E dev, and OEM engagements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and advise OEM technical teams on NPI and end-to-end solutions.
- Coordinate technical engagements and align with sales strategy and design win objectives.
- Lead NPI activities and integrate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
- Orchestrate end-to-end solution development with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
- Address OEM partner concerns and maintain strong technical relationships.
- Coordinate large-scale deployments with internal and external resources.
- Recruit and build talent; lead interview panels and executive hiring justifications.
- Influence OEM engagement strategy and contribute to roadmap planning with sales.
