Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an exceptionally skilled Technical Professional to lead OEM technical field teams, coordinating across hardware, software, engineering, OEM project management, and sales. You will plan, prioritize, and advise on NPI and end-to-end solutions, while guiding teams to deliver complex NVIDIA platforms for OEM partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with OEM/ ODM, datacenter deployments and management
• Proven ability to coordinate workflows across technical engagements and NPI efforts
• Experience leading a team and guiding cross-functional groups (engineering, sales, product)
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles including product qualification and launch processes
• Strong understanding of NVIDIA’s solution stack for data center and OEM deployments
• Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM reviews and maintain trusted technical relationships
• Skilled at setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution across initiatives
• Strategic influence to shape OEM engagement strategy and roadmap planning

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration.
• Lead NPI activities and coordinate efforts to integrate NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
• Orchestrate end-to-end solution development across hardware and software for timely delivery.
• Address OEM partner concerns and provide rapid, effective technical support.
• Coordinate large-scale deployments with internal and external resources.
• Recruit and build talent; participate in interview panels and executive-level hiring justifications.
• Influence strategy and policy; contribute to OEM account strategy and roadmap planning
