Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an exceptionally skilled Technical Professional to join our OEM team. You will manage OEM technical field teams to ensure successful execution of new products for OEM partners and collaborate with hardware, software, engineering, project management, and sales.

You will lead NPI activities, coordinate end-to-end solutions, address partner concerns, and guide cross-functional deployment projects, recruiting top talent and shaping OEM strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE or MBA with IT focus.
• 10+ years of experience with OEM/ODM, datacenter operations and deployments.
• 5+ years leading a Solutions Architecture team.
• Proven ability to manage workflows across technical engagements, NPI and E2E delivery.
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, product qualification and launches.
• Broad knowledge of NVIDIA solutions including GPU, networking, and software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and advise OEM teams on NPI and end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate technical engagements: Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and design win objectives.
• Lead NPI activities: Plan and coordinate efforts, guide teams to integrate NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
• Orchestrate End-to-End Solution Development: Lead the prioritization and sequencing of workstreams that deliver complete hardware and software solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
• Address OEM Partner Concerns and Provide Support: Resolve intricate customer issues, handle partner concerns, and uphold strong technical relationships to ensure satisfaction and swift problem-solving.
• Coordinate Large-Scale Deployments: Lead technical execution for major customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Recruit and Build Talent: Participate in the recruitment process, lead interview panels, and prepare executive-level hiring justifications for new team members.
