Hilton Buena Park Anaheim seeks a Senior Sales Manager OEM for Aimbridge Hospitality. You will drive revenue, solicit new accounts, and partner with the Director of Sales to meet hotel goals across Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF segments.

You’ll mentor the sales team, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced, high-traffic hotel environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2 years hotel sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and influencing clients.
• Experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with good organization.

• Meet sales and revenue goals and mentor others to do the same.
• Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients by property type.
• Monitor market trends within the assigned segment.
• Engage guests and colleagues in a courteous, service‑oriented manner.

• Develop knowledge of hotel operations and applicable policies.
