Job summary

Numa is building the platform to power AI-native dealerships, reimagining automotive service and sales with AI agents that automate customer interactions and streamline operations. The OEM Account Manager will grow relationships with Ford, GM, and Stellantis across ~10,000 dealerships in the US.

This high-visibility role combines enterprise account management, partnership strategy, and program execution. Travel to Detroit area ~50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise sales or account management experience.
• Automotive OEM experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations.
• Comfort presenting to and negotiating with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel to Detroit area ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship for OEM partner programs and monitor health.
• Build trusted relationships across OEM levels to protect and grow the partnership.
• Lead program reviews and translate data into polished presentations.
• Assist in responses to OEM RFPs/RFIs and evaluations.
• Identify opportunities and apply value selling to expand Numa's footprint.
• Coordinate with sales and customer success to drive dealership revenue and retention.
• Track program health, risks, and action items with strong organization.
