Job summary

Numa is building an AI-driven platform for automotive dealerships, redefining service and sales with AI agents. We seek a Technical Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success from roadmap through launch, translating complex AI features into market‑ready positioning and enablement.

You’ll own go‑to‑market strategy for product launches, partner with engineering, and craft briefs and collateral that the field can rely on.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at an early‑stage or high‑growth company.
• Ability to translate AI features for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to align product, sales, and marketing strategy across launches.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive launch go‑to‑market strategy for a product suite with positioning, messaging, differentiation, and ICP alignment.
• Partner with Product through roadmap and build cycle; participate in sprint reviews and interact with engineers and PMs.
• Create launch enablement: positioning briefs, inputs for requirements, and core collateral for every release.
• Drive launch readiness across Customer Success, Sales, and Product by tracking certifications and milestones.
• Build a repeatable launch playbook with clear communications and stakeholder alignment.
