Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the OEM Team. This remote, full-time role requires coordinating monthly automotive marketing campaigns across websites, email, digital advertising, and traditional media, with a focus on serving Orange County-area clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive digital marketing or OEM account management, strong Google Ads knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; marketing or business field.
• 3+ years in Automotive digital marketing, OEM account management, automotive retail, or agency operations.
• Experience with Automotive OEMs, regional dealer associations, or automotive media programs is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, campaign management, and digital performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PPT and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Analytical aptitude.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee monthly marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Guide OEM Coordinator with document prep, agendas, decks, and client communications.
• Schedule, prepare, and manage client meetings and conference calls.
• Maintain clear status updates with account teams and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving client questions promptly.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalation paths as needed.
• Align deliverables with client goals for productive results.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements.
• Support Program Director with additional tasks as needed.
• Manage and oversee own accounts and projects.
