Continental is seeking a technical leader to drive OE Passenger and Light Truck growth in the Americas. You will manage tire development, releases, and customer approvals, coordinating with PDT, KAMs, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful launches and long‑term value.

The role requires 2+ years in relevant engineering, international exposure, and travel up to 20%. US work authorization is required; relocation expenses are considered for domestic candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• 1+ year in tire or chassis development, testing, or automotive engineering.
• Project management experience, preferably with international focus.
• International work experience or intercultural environment exposure.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship planned.

Responsabilités

• Drive OE PLT business growth across the Americas as technical interface.
• Lead OE tire development projects from initiation through release.
• Coordinate with PDT, KAMs, and customers for launches and approvals.
• Support PPAP, testing, and customer documentation for production release.
• Maintain quality processes and support audits and certifications.
• Develop technical strategies to strengthen Continental's competitive position.
