Job summary

Canonical Ltd. is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to raise the bar for leadership and coaching across our globally distributed organisation.

You will coach leaders to a standard of management excellence, diagnose organisational leadership and drive improvement, and build a scalable development function. You will work both centrally and embedded inside leaders’ organisations, applying hands-on coaching with directors and senior teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coaching and organisational-development practice with real leaders and teams.
• Proven track record of changing how leaders behave with concrete examples.
• Credibility: able to walk into a room of directors and be taken seriously.
• Ability to operate inside another's organisation without formal authority.
• Clear philosophy of development and fit for coaching roles.
• Exceptional academic record from high school and university.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year.
