Core Focus of the Role

• Professional Outreach & IdentificationEngage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies.
• Consultative ConversationsConduct structured professional discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and professional readiness (training and systems provided).
• Onboarding & MentorshipSupport new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship.
• Global Professional CollaborationParticipate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals.

Ideal Professional Profile

• Experience: 7 years of senior-level professional experience in leadership development, learning and development, coaching, consulting, organisational development, or other people-focused leadership roles.
• Accountability: A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance.
• Communication:Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations.
