Job summary

Bristlecone seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager in the Atlanta area to lead change initiatives for complex business and technology transformations. You will work with executives, leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and readiness across geographies, cultures, and time zones.

The role requires managing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, with a strong client-facing orientation and executive presence.

Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of professional experience in organizational change management or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams across enterprise-scale transformations.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams and multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM workstreams for large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies covering engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact, and readiness assessments.
• Translate changes into impacts by stakeholder group, role, and process.
• Establish sponsorship and governance with senior client leaders.
• Lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
