Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of OCM theories and models (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
• Experience collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback and trends.
• Knowledge of government or federal sector considerations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale OCM initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop stakeholder analyses and align changes with business goals.
• Assess impacts on processes, systems, culture, and people.
• Coordinate stakeholder information collection and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure OCM plans, roadmaps, and communications are up to date.
• Support development and training for stakeholder management tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership reports.
• Support pre/post-implementation surveys and data reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data categorization and protection standards.
• Apply Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin models to OCM strategies.
