Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to guide senior client-facing engagements across large-scale supply chain transformations. You will shape strategies, mentor teams, build client capability, and contribute to business development.

The role requires hands-on delivery and executive-level advisory with travel up to 30%. You will partner with client executives to prepare organizations for new technologies, processes, and operating models, while establishing reusable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management, transformation, or related consulting experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, supply chain, process, or organizational transformation programs.
• Strong experience with organizational and stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communications, stakeholder alignment, business readiness, organizational design, change networks, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM engagements across complex enterprise and supply chain transformation programs.
• Advise and coach C-suite executives and senior leaders on sponsorship, leadership alignment, communications, and driving adoption.
