Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior OCM Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will partner with state staff and vendors to implement organizational change across Medicaid programs, delivering training, communications, and change management strategies.

Hybrid onsite role with exposure to large-scale health care system initiatives, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytic capabilities to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting or developing health care systems.
• Minimum 3 years working on Medicaid system implementations or operations.
• Experience with training, communications development or organizational change management.
• At least 1 year of project management knowledge.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and conduct communication and organizational change management tasks.
• Develop training curriculum and supporting materials.
• Conduct post-training assessments, measure outcomes, and apply continuous improvement.
• Interface with stakeholders including state business users and solution vendors.
• Identify risks and issues and report to the project team.
• Lead change management activities and ensure methodologies are followed.
