Job summary

Hybrid work arrangement with up to 25% travel to the client site. The candidate will collaborate with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and sustainment of change efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive materials.
• Experience coordinating meetings, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and organizational impact assessments.
• Develop and distribute project communications and leadership messaging.
• Support readiness assessments, surveys, and adoption measurement.
• Coordinate training schedules and attendance tracking.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Maintain reporting calendars and action item tracking.
• Organize SharePoint repositories and program artifacts.
