My3tech seeks a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead change management for large-scale transformations in a higher education setting. The role requires partnering with executive leadership, faculty, staff, and cross-functional teams to establish readiness and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The ideal candidate will excel in facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership, supporting institutional transformation across campuses

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading OCM for large-scale transformations in higher education or related sectors.
• 5+ years in developing OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, comms strategies, readiness activities, and adoption plans.
• 5+ years in stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Experience across multiple departments or decentralized stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership for sponsorship and accountability.
• OCM experience within higher education institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies, roadmaps, and adoption plans for large-scale transformation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish transformation objectives, sponsorship, stakeholder ownership, and accountability.
• Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change impact assessments.
• Identify challenges, resistance, and adoption barriers; create strategies to address them.
• Integrate OCM activities with project planning, training, and implementation readiness.
• Lead executive workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional discussions to build consensus.
• Engage leadership, faculty, staff, and technical teams to support transformation objectives.
• Establish stakeholder engagement strategies and change champion networks.
• Communicate transformation goals and impacts; deliver executive presentations and updates.
• Translate complex initiatives into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Support organizational transition, knowledge transfer, and adoption with project teams.
