NOCD is recruiting a Mental Health Therapist with 10+ years of LCSW experience to treat OCD via our telehealth platform. You’ll manage a remote caseload, document thoroughly in our EHR, and participate in ongoing clinical training and consultations.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required in social work or related field.
• Active LCSW license with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with ERP, CBT, ACT is preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for OCD via NOCD platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule with remote work setup.
• Complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and training.
