Job summary

NOCD is seeking independently licensed therapists in District of Columbia to join our national telehealth network, delivering ERP/CBT-based treatment for OCD via our video platform. You will manage a caseload, document in NOCD EHR, and participate in ongoing clinical training and peer consultation.

We offer remote work from a private location, a base salary range of $70,000–$97,500 with a lucrative bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and a clear career path in a startup-style environment.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state
• Masters Degree Required
• District of Columbia: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide OCD-focused psychotherapy via NOCD video platform
• Manage caseload and scheduling
• Maintain clinical documentation in NOCD EHR
• Participate in clinical consultation and training
• Collaborate with network of providers on treatment decisions
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week
• Attend NOCD training and weekly group consultation
• Work 10 hours per weeknight/weekend during member sessions
