Job summary

NOCD Therapist role enables you to treat OCD through our telehealth platform, conducting assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy with a national caseload.

This full-time remote position provides ongoing clinical training, mentorship, a robust benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match), generous PTO, and a clear path for professional growth while you collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapists.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in psychology or closely related field.
• Active licensure to practice in Delaware (Psychologist or equivalent).
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP-based therapy via NOCD platform.
• Manage caseload and scheduling.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Engage in NOCD clinical consultation, training, and evidence-based practice development.
• Collaborate with network providers to support treatment decisions.
