Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current California OT license.
• Valid California driver's license and good driving record.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Occupational Therapy treatment services and assure multidisciplinary service with treatment team.
• Provide direct supervision of staff and conduct observations/feedback multiple times per year.
• Participate in program meetings and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor time management and ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting.
