Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to lead the OT team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role includes scheduling, staff training, and collaboration with hospital departments to implement treatment plans effectively.

The ideal candidate holds an OT degree with licensure, 3+ years in OT or leadership, and CPR certification, with preference for Clinical Ladder participation or specialty credentials.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications.
