Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation therapy department or program.
• Home health experience highly preferred.
• Current California Occupational Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight of clinicians delivering care and treatment at patients’ residences.
• Coordinate training and educational programs for field nurses.
• Act as the first point of contact for field clinicians.
• Review patients’ clinical diagnoses and medications.
