Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT (pre-2004) or higher
• Master's or Doctoral degree in OT
• NBCOT certification
• Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
• Valid California Driver's License

Responsibilities

• ASSESSMENT: Identifies client needs and orients participation in individual and group interventions.
• CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Enables practice of ADLs, communication, socialization, leisure, and pre-employment activities.
• GROUP ENGAGEMENT: Creates and runs mental health OT groups as required.
• DOCUMENTATION: Completes and submits initial assessments, progress notes, and team communications on schedule.
• PRODUCTIVITY: Maintains productivity standards per agency policies.
• COMMUNITY COLLABORATION: Maintains relationships with service providers, caregivers, and referring agencies.
• TEAMWORK: Collaborates with Masada Staff and supervisory teams; supervises fieldwork students as needed.
• ETHICS & CONFIDENTIALITY: Upholds legal/ethical standards and protects client confidentiality.
• FLEXIBILITY & TRAVEL: Willing to take varied cases and travel to multiple environments.
