Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an OT program (graduates prior to 2004 eligible).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in OT.
• National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• California Board of Occupational Therapy licensure.
• Valid California Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and orient participation in individual and group interventions.
• Provide activities of daily living, communication, socialization, leisure, and pre-employment activities.
• Lead and participate in mental health OT groups as required by contracts and needs.
• Complete and submit documentation (initial assessment, progress notes) within timelines.
• Maintain productivity per agency tiers and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Masada Staff, clients, caregivers, and other team members.
• Attend meetings, group supervision, and in-service trainings.
• Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and safety standards; ensure mandated reporting compliance.
