Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Ability to supervise COTA and aides and students.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral.
• Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and aides.
• Record evaluations and daily treatment notes in accordance with policy.
