Apploi in California is seeking a caring and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide comprehensive OT services to residents, plan programs, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to promote resident independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

Valid, unrestricted license in the therapy discipline in the state of California.
Education requirements per licensure.
Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and direct occupational therapy services per state/federal laws and practice acts.
Coordinate screening, evaluation, treatment, discharge, and documentation for residents.
Monitor facility indicators and report outcomes to rehabilitation director.
Ensure proper documentation and billing for occupational therapy services.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning and resident care.
