Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents; communicate with families and health team.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per policies and payers.
• Maintain safe treatment environment; follow infection control protocols.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Coordinate equipment orders to support ADLs and independence.
• Report problems with equipment and contribute to quality initiatives.
