PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist in Wenatchee, WA for a full-time position with wage DOE: $45-$60/hour. The role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and coordinating with families and physicians. Documentation, safety, and program development are key responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; state license in good standing.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine occupational therapy needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students.
• Communicate progress and goals with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other team members.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and fall prevention.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehabilitation program development.
