PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist in Wenatchee, WA to evaluate and treat residents, coordinate with families and health teams, and document services in medical records. The role includes training facility staff and supervising PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts.

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in WA is required, with CPR as applicable. Wage is DOE, with potential benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Masters/Doctorate preferred for advanced practice.
• Proficient in computer systems such as Net Health and Point Click Care.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and train facility staff.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing, and families.
