Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist; BLS certification required.
• 5–8 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients, discuss findings and plan of care, implement plan, and re-evaluate status.
• Provide clinical guidance, staff triage, program development, and research as needed.
• Teach patients, families, students, and staff; present in-services and lectures.
• Mentor therapists and support staff; collect and review outcomes for improvement.
• Coordinate work with supervisors and participate in department committees.
