Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Physical Therapist III to autonomously examine, evaluate, diagnose, treat and discharge patients with PT needs. This role includes clinical leadership for designated programs and staff mentorship within a multi-disciplinary team at the Boston Lymphatic Center.

The position emphasizes teaching, research participation and collaboration with management to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Physical Therapy; Doctoral degree preferred.
• License to practice Physical Therapy; Basic Life Support certification.
• 5–8 years of related work experience.
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.
• APTA membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat PT patients; plan and re-evaluate progress.
• Provide clinical leadership for a patient care program.
• Mentor and assess staff performance.
• Collaborate with supervisor to organize, direct and coordinate work.
• Contribute to education and research activity.
