Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to perform skilled evaluations and implement therapy programs across neurological, geriatric, orthopedic, and acute medical populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will document findings, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and help manage patient care from evaluation through discharge while meeting safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BS, MS, or Doctoral program in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure by the MA Division of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Document information clearly and timely in patient records.
• Accurately complete insurance certifications and recertifications.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health team to coordinate patient care.
• Perform evaluations and establish short/long-term goals with realistic treatment plans.
• Administer evaluations, treatments and modalities safely per department policies.
